Middle East & GCC Countries

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – All Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA) – All Regions
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar
  • Bahrain
  • Oman
  • Jordan
  • Lebanon (subject to availability)

International Shipping

For shipping to countries not listed above, please contact our customer service team at info@elyssacosmetiques.com to inquire about availability and shipping costs.


Processing Time

Standard Processing

  • 1-3 business days for order processing
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Extended Processing Times

Processing may take longer during:

  • Promotional periods (sales, Black Friday, etc.)
  • New product launches
  • Peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, holidays)
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped:

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1-2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2-3 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3-4 business days

GCC Countries

  • Saudi Arabia: 3-5 business days
  • Kuwait: 3-5 business days
  • Qatar: 3-5 business days
  • Bahrain: 3-5 business days
  • Oman: 4-6 business days

Other Middle East Countries

  • Jordan: 5-7 business days
  • Lebanon: 7-10 business days (subject to local conditions)

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  1. Destination Country
  2. Weight and Size of Package
  3. Selected Shipping Method

Shipping Cost Structure

UAE Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders under AED 200: AED 25 flat rate
  • Orders AED 200 and above: FREE SHIPPING

GCC Countries:

  • Orders under AED 300: Standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout)
  • Orders AED 300 and above: FREE SHIPPING

Other Locations:

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight

Note: Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Customs & Import Duties

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the UAE:

  • Customs clearance may be required
  • Import duties and taxes may apply (responsibility of the customer)
  • Customs fees are determined by the destination country
  • Delays may occur during customs processing

ELYSSA COSMETIQUES-FZCO is not responsible for:

  • Customs duties or import taxes
  • Delays caused by customs clearance
  • Packages returned due to unpaid customs fees

Recommendation: Check with your local customs office for information on potential duties and taxes before placing your order.


Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package:

  • First Attempt: Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day
  • Second Attempt: Carrier may leave a notice to arrange pickup
  • Final Attempt: Package may be returned to our warehouse

Please ensure:

  • Correct shipping address is provided
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Phone number provided is active and reachable

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery
  • Address correction fees may apply
  • Contact us immediately if you need to update your address

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first
  • If unresolved, contact us at info@elyssacosmetiques.com within 7 days
  • We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If damaged, take photos and notify us within 48 hours
  • Do not discard packaging materials – they may be needed for claims
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund (see our Return & Refund Policy)

Professional & Wholesale Orders

Bulk Orders

  • Professional and wholesale orders may have different shipping terms

  • Special shipping arrangements can be made for large quantities

Priority Shipping

Priority or expedited shipping may be available for urgent orders. Contact us for options and pricing.


PO Box Deliveries

We deliver to PO Box addresses in:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Other GCC countries (where applicable)

Delivery to PO Boxes may take longer than deliveries to physical addresses.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages will be considered undeliverable if:

  • Delivery attempts fail after multiple tries
  • Address is incorrect or incomplete
  • Customs clearance is not completed
  • Recipient refuses delivery

Undeliverable packages will:

  • Be returned to our warehouse
  • Incur return shipping fees (deducted from refund)
  • Be subject to our Return & Refund Policy

COVID-19 & Safety Measures

We continue to monitor the situation and follow all health and safety guidelines. Please note:

  • Contactless delivery may be implemented in certain areas
  • Slight delays may occur due to enhanced safety protocols

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, New Year, etc.):
